It’s been reported by a busy bee that the singer Sting was yesterday attacked by a wasp carrying large amounts of pollen.
The Englishman in New York was assaulted while walking his dog through the fields of gold. Onlookers who saw the large wasp thought it was an alien.
Members of the public rushed to the Newcastle born singer, also known as Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner. He was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for shock.
His agent confirmed he’s doing well and preparing for his European tour.
